Networks that require a secondary login, such as at a university, apartment complex, or hotel are called community WiFi networks. In order to connect a Loftie product to a community network, you will need to add your clock to a whitelist. 

That sounds complicated but it's actually super easy. Here's what to do: 

1. Email us at [email protected] with the S/N on the bottom of your device. 

2. We'll reply (generally in 2-12 hours during weekdays) with the MAC address for your device. 

3. Send the MAC address to the person in charge of the WiFi network and have them whitelist the MAC address. 

4. During the set-up process, select your network and then leave the password box empty and continue with the set-up flow in the app.
