Free Shipping in the United States

Orders ship within one to two business days and generally arrive within three to five business days, typically via UPS SurePost or UPS Ground. 

Please note that expedited shipping refers to the UPS Shipping speed, and does not include the processing time. 

Please contact us ASAP at [email protected] if you notice an error with your shipping address. We cannot guarantee edits received after an order has been placed and they may incur a change of address fee.

Preorders

Sometimes when a particularly popular product runs out of stock before the next shipment of inventory arrives, we'll offer the item as preorder. This will be indicated on the product page. We'll always try to give the best indication as to when we expect to be able to begin shipping orders again, but sometimes factors outside of our control create delays. 

For preorder items, any shipping times given apply to after the item has been restocked and shipped. For example, if the shipping says "7-10 business days," that means it will ship within that time frame once the item reaches our warehouse and we hand it over to the courier, but it doesn't include the time needed for the inventory to arrive at the warehouse. 

International Shipping

We do not ship outside of the US at the moment; however, you can find Loftie at the MoMA Design Store, which does.

If you're in Canada, you can find us at SSENSE and Holt Renfrew.
